mom told me an incident today..she was at this taxi stand n this man was hitting his wife nonstop(asshole)...onlookers cldn't really do anything cos they'll probably get beaten too..they had a kid bout 6/7 yrs old..he wanted desperately to stop the hitting..so he bang his head into the concrete wall n told his father to stop..it worked immediately duh his head was bleeding..
his mom has got to love him to death...he'll grow up to b one amazing guy

i gotta stop getting pissed with myself for not performing..like on thurs training..but i did try to up my sprits n esteem n redeemed half of myself towards the end..n how come when i do hits n pushes n all after training its all so powerful n nice but training i sux?losen up babe..

hello to the new yr..though with not much excitment..
on the morning of eve..6.30am..k 6.45 for tt matter..i woke up n tht to myself tt i muz b crazy..
